The main features of the Res-Q-Splint Plus are the realisation of a single inner chamber, that permits the irregular distribution of the polystyrene, the wide ultrasonic welding, the use of highly resistant material that is also easy to clean and the large number of straps. The valve position is different in all three sizes so they can be easily located.
They are compatible with all traction systems and do not need to be removed for X-rays and CAT scan investigations.

Features:
- The ultrasonic welding and the realisation of a single inner chamber allow the suspended polystyrene spheres to be distributed more selectively
- A longitudinal self-adherent strips fascia allows to fix the transversal straps in any position, hence allowing for faster immobilisation. The valve is positioned so as not to interfere with patient placement.
- Valve made of aluminium/polycarbonate with strong characteristics for high heat resistance. The new non-returning system reduces the time needed to evacuate the air. The rescuer’s action is required only after the immobilising operation is finished, to bring the splint back to standby status.
